When ChatGPT launched in late 2022, the world lost it’s mind at the endless possibilities, and freelance writers were replaced overnight, by this remarkable chatbot that could churn out eloquent streams of content on almost any topic within seconds, for free.
Then there was AI-generated art. Whilst far from new, with early iterations traced back to the 1960s, 2022 was also the year that the most remarkable, hi-res and ultra-(a)intelligent tools entered the mainstream, with new platforms such as Midjourney offering mind-blowing, ultra-realistic imagery to the masses, for free(mium).
Trailblazing creatives have been combining the two services above to re-imagine everything from countries to car brands… in their animal form. However no-one (that we can find, despite deep googling) has taken on golfers… until now!
Armed with a ChatGPT license, a basic subscription to Midjourney, and a tonne of patience, we asked the former to represent the ‘spirit’ of some of the UK’s top pros as animals, and the latter to provide us an appropriate image. The results, we hope you’ll agree, are truly beautiful. Whether the tour pros represented love their proposed spirit animal or not, we’d love to know. So… Matt, Tommy, Justin, Tyrrell, Darren and ‘ROOOAAAAARY’ (sorry)…. we’re poised for your feedback here!
